Family-run holiday cottage located in Prayols, Ariège, in the heart of the Pyrenees, Parmi Les Nuages offers a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, just 17 minutes from Foix on the Prat d’Albis.

This quiet mountain setting is home to the sound of crickets and sheep bells drifting through the fields, the rooster’s call at dawn, and, on certain evenings, the distant echo of deer during the rut carrying across the valley. Set beside the hosts’ family home and an organic mushroom farm, the cottage invites you to slow down and reconnect with a simpler rhythm of rural life.

Once a small barn built in 1850, it has been thoughtfully renovated to provide modern comfort and accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. A private garden with fire pit and barbecue, a separate entrance, and easy access to historic sites and outdoor activities make it an ideal base to unwind and explore the region.
