Hello! I am Lani, a native English speaker and certified TEFL teacher. If you are looking to learn English or to improve your current skills, you have come to the right place! I offer a variety of courses adapted to the needs of learners from all walks of life.
My teaching style is a mix of real-life experience, with connection and respect for my students' individual learning styles. Growing up in South Africa, I learned English in everyday life, and when I moved to Belgium, landing in the Flemish language and culture, I quickly discovered how difficult - and rewarding - it is to learn a new language. Later, I lived in New York, worked in the dazzling world of diamonds, negotiated from Hong Kong to Dubai, and learned a lot of British and American (business) English along the way.
These days, I have exchanged city life for the mountains just outside of Foix in Ariège, where my family and I live the dream - immersed in nature.
I offer courses and workshops both in the serene setting of the mountains or wherever you are - whether it's your office, your home or in small groups around the Ariège region, or online if you prefer. I can't wait to help you with your English Learning Path!
